Habitat: Harvestlice prefers full sun to light shade with moist conditions and loamy, silty, gravelly, or sandy soil. Look for Harvestlice in openings in floodplain woodlands, swamps, soggy thickets, gravelly seeps, riverbottom prairies and prairie swales, and roadside ditches.
