Who we are
Where’s Wildlife is Brian Woolman’s nature photography and educational-products business. Our website is whereswildlife.com. For privacy questions or requests, email Brian@whereswildlife.com.
Orders and customer accounts
When you place an order or create an account, we collect the details needed to provide that service. These may include your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, purchased items, order notes, and account information. We use these details to process orders, deliver products and downloads, provide order history, respond to questions, and help prevent fraud.
Creating an account is optional. You can check out as a guest. Account holders can manage their information, view linked orders, and access eligible downloads through My Account.
Payments
Payments are handled by the payment services offered at checkout, including WooPayments and PayPal. These providers process payment information under their own privacy policies. Our store receives information needed to record and support your purchase, such as payment status and transaction references. If you choose to save a payment method, the payment provider manages the payment details used for future purchases.
Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, store operations, payment processing, shipping, email delivery, spam prevention, and site performance. Information is shared with these providers as needed to carry out those services. Shipping carriers receive delivery details for physical orders.

If you choose to receive product news or offers, you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. Our Quiz & Comment Privacy notice explains the separate activity tracking and optional comments used in the wildlife quizzes. Information you choose to publish in a review or comment may be visible to other visitors. Your email address is not displayed as part of a published review or comment.

We retain order, account, and support records for customer service, business recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and applicable obligations. You can update account details in My Account or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Some order or transaction records may need to be retained even if an account is closed.
Other websites
Some pages link to external booksellers, payment providers, and other websites. Their own policies apply when you use those services.
