Habitat: American White Water-lily prefers sunny conditions on the water surface with up to 8ft deep clear water with a mucky soil to anchor to. Look for American White Water-lily in ponds, protected areas of lakes, and clear slow-moving rivers, particularly near where dams have been constructed.
